1. Actually, you can take a direct long-distance bus to Hangzhou at Tangkou Bus Station at the foot of Huangshan. But no bus is in service around 09:00. You can take a bus departing at 14:30. To catch the flight of 20:00, it is a little urgent and I think you may miss the flight cause the long-distance bus takes about 4 h along the journey to Hangzhou. Anyway, the first bus departing from Tangkou is at 06:30.
2. You may find many small hostels at the foot of Huangshan. You can store your luggage in one of the hostels. It costs about CNY 5-10.
