I afraid it is so easy to find that kind of food in restaurant in Hong Kong. If you want to eat that kind of food in restaurants, the only thing you can do is to avoid the wheat-made food and soya sauce.
There are some big supermarkets in HK provide that kind of food such as Wellcome, 360 and Healthgate. Or you can buy them in Little Giant, a shop you can buy food online. You can search them on the Internet and buy.
