I'll like to walk from the Pier to Avenue of Star. Is this possible? Time Taken?

Hi, I do not think it is possible. It is about 15 kilometers between the two places.
The MTR is suggested. You can walk from the Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus to the Central MTR Station where you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Tsim Sha Tsui. Then after you get out of the station from Exit J, you can see the Avenue of Star.
