Hi, MTR is the best way.
You can take the Tsuen Wan Line from Mong Kok to reach Admiralty and then transfer to Inland Line to reach the terminal, Chai Wan Station. Get out of the station from Exit C and then catch green minibus 16M to reach the Stanley Market.
