About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

Kindly advise if my flight arrived at 1.40am, how do I travel from Baiyun Airport to Hotel in town

Hi, I will be arriving Baiyun at 1.40am, how do I travel to the hotel, Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich Hotel, which located at 988 Da Dao Zhong, Tianhe District -Teemall / East Railway Station, Guangzhou, China 510620 by shuttle/express bus. Is there any direct shuttle/express bus travel to the Hotel? How long do I need to travel in order to reach the Hotel? How much to I need to pay? If stop at a terminal then take Taxi, how much is the Taxi fares. What is the starting fares for all Taxi? There is a few colours of taxi, which one is safe to take. Thank you

At that time, you can find the airport shuttle bus line 6 which can still take you to East Railway Station. After arriving at the train station, you can catch a taxi to your hotel. The bus fare is CNY20 and it takes about 60 minutes. Well, the taxi fare would be within CNY15. A Guangzhou taxi charges CNY10 for the first 2.5 kilometers (1.6 miles), and CNY2.6 for succeeding kilometers. The yellow taxis of the Baiyun Taxi Company, the blue taxis of the Guangjun Group and the maroon taxis of Guangzhou Transportation Group are the most reputed.

Thanks Kevin for your prompt revert. But may I know the timing of Airport Shuttle bus Line 6 last bus is at what time? I do not want to miss the bus and where should I take, it is near to which area?

The bus operates until the last flight stops, so do not worry about it.
As for the place to taek the bus, you can follow the direction board to find the exact place.
