Hi, september is the best time for visiting China. It is neither too hot or too cold, because it is the autumn in China. It will rains little and the temperature is cool. Short sleeved clothes are OK, but you still need to take some long sleeved clothes in case of the rainy days. Besides, the temperature differences between mornings and noons will become big, so the long sleeved clothes are necessary.
