About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Student in chinese university

Hello,

Can a university ban a student from coming to China again.

I had attended a chinese university and due to some reasons had to come back to my country and could not continue there after.

Next year I would like to join another Chinese university. So would there be a problem ?

It depends, Sam, did you come with scholarship or any study program?

Then, I don't think it will matter. You can just choose another favorite Chinese university, apply for the admission, and then apply for the China student visa to China.

Thanks Carl.

Now that's a BIG relief.

But was just wondering whether is there a law by means where the university can do this if it decides to do so..

Maybe not banning from coming to China but something in say like getting residential permit.

You can choose any university you like. It won't affect your application for residence permit. You may just taek it easy.
