Getting to the Tiger Park?

What is the best way to get to the tiger park from the Harbin Institute of Technology main campus? Is it practical to take a taxi directly, and if so, what would the cost be approximately?

You can take the Bus No. 119 to reach North Campus of Harbin University of Commerce and then take a taxi to reach the park. From this campus, it is about 4 kilometers to reach the park.
