The Golden Crown Guest House is just near the Exit D2 of Tsim Sha Tsui Station of MTR, so you can take the MTR Tsuen Wan Line to get to Lai Kin and change to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung. In the Tung Chung Station, there is the station of Ngong Ping 360.
After that, you can take the same route back to Sunny Bay, where you can find the special line to Disneyland directly.
I do not think it is enough to visit the two places in one day, if you want to enjoy the them.
