About:China Visa Application in USA

If i drop off my friend's visa application does he need to sign something saying it is ok i do so?

My friend can not make it to the visa office so I need to drop it off for him. Is there an application I need to fill out stating it is ok I drop it off for him? Do I need to bring anything with me when I drop it off?

No, no paperwork is needed for you to submit your friend's China visa application. But make sure bring all required documents as required above for visa application.
