From Macau where I'll be for job,   I'd like visit Shangai for 3 days .Can I take a visa in Macau for visiting Shangai?thank you very much for your answer

Yes, you can apply for a China visa in Macao. BTW, you can apply in advance in Italy because a single entry China visa is valid for 3 months from issue date. So, it is ok for entry in November if you get it in October before leaving for Macao.
