Rush Hour Service in Chinese Embassy in Bangkok

Hello . I am going to get X visa in Bangkok , I have all docs . I have a question concerning to Rush hour Service in CHinese Embassy in Bangkok . In Rush Hour Service , it means to submit documents in the Monday morning (for example : August 20 ) and picked it up same day afternoon at 3 pm (August 20 ). or I will get it next day afternoon(August). The Reason is I am asking is I want to buy two way ticket and want to be sure not to miss my flight back to Xiamen.China
