What does the Transit G visa require? How much is it?

Visa fee is the same USD140 no matter what visa type it is. Documents needed are your valid passport as well as a copy of its information page, Visa Application Form V2011A, one recently-taken color photo, A valid visa of the country of destination, and a final destination airline ticket.
