Do i qualify for a temporal residence if i have blood pressure and diabetes?

i would like studying in china, pls do i qualify for a temporal residence if i have blood pressure and diabetes

I don't think it will matter something that you have blood pressure and diabetes, but it all depends on the China embassy in Ghana and the Chinese school you plan to study in finally. Good luck!
