About:China Visa

if an italian man goes to the consulor office for help will he get deport but to italy

my friend is and italian and has move to the states for work but he went to shenzhen china for business and ran into problem when he got there he lost his money and luggage he has 2 kids and if he go to the consulor office for italian in china will he get deported by to that country he works and lives in the states with his 2 kids

Actually, your friend can just go to the Consulate-general of Italy in Guangzhou for help, but it's hard to say what the Italian Embassy will do for them.
