from changsha to heyuan

hi...i want to go Heyuan(guangdong) from Changsha(hunan) by train...can somebody help me to give me train details and fares...because i did not get any information about this on internet...i really need it urgent and also tell me the distance between these cities...thanks,,jimmy...live.com|ks1407
