What about Yanshan University?

I'm french and I will study at Yanshan University for next star of Academic scholar. What's about this University? Is Qinhuangdao a good city for foreigners? I arrive start of September, what are the clothes I should take?

Qinhuangdao is a beautiful city and very developed transportation system. It is good for foreigners, because you can not study well there and can travel there. It is famous for ite tourism.
In September, you need to take some short sleeved clothes a as well as some long sleeved clothes. The weather at that time is cool and it starts its autumn at that time, so the autumn clothes are necessary.
