About:Xiamen Travel

Transport to Xiamen

We will be touring Hangzhou, Shanghai, Suzhou & Nanjin in Dec. After the tour, we intend to travel by train or bus to Xiamen, may l know which will be a better starting point to Xiamen among the four cities mentioned? Which is more convenient to travel, by bus or train? How much is the fare?

Probably, Hangzhou is much better among the four places and the best way is to take the bullet trains from Hangzhou South Railway Station to Xiamen North Railway Station. The train will take you about 7 hours and a half from Hangzhou to Xiamen. The coaches will take you about 12 hours from Hangzhou to Xiamen and so does from Shanghai to Xiamen.

The ticket fare is 284 RMB for the first class seat and 341 for the second class seat.
