About:Hong Kong Travel

Does the airport coach go to the Conrad/Hilton on Hong Kong island

If not, what is the best way to get to the hotel

The airport shuttle bus E11 or A11 can take you to the place nearby the Conrad Hotel. You can get off the bus at Admiralty Station, Queensway, then you will find it.
