You need to apply for a HK visa in advance through Chinese embassy in Nepal or in Japan if you live there now, or send application directly to HK immigration department.

Thank you for the previous answer.please could you tell me that how long does it take for the visa if I applied tomorrow and what do I need now I'm in Japan??

The processing for HK visa takes about one month if it will be sent to HK Immigration Department for approval. Documents needed are Visa Application Form for Hong Kong, copies of passport information page, Residential visa/permit in other countries (if any), Proof of financial background, Itinerary in Hong Kong, accommodation arrangement such as receipt from travel agency or hotel reservation, two-way flight booking, etc.
