If i need to get to Chung King Mansion, can i take free shuttle bus from the airport and get off at TST staion right?

No, the free express can just take you from Kowloon Station to Jordan Station where is close to Chung King Mansion. But you need to take the airport express first. It costs 90 HK$ for Kowloon Station and 100 HK$.By the way, you can also take bus No. A21 and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui. Then you can walk to Chung King Mansion.
