About:China Visa

I lost my pick up reciept what shoul I do?

I'm worried they might not give me my passport,I was mugged and was really scary I had everything in my bag luckily my old passport is at home safe.can anyone tell me what to do??

As I know, the visa can only be distributed with the pick-up Form. Maybe you can try to explain to them the lost and bring with evidence that you are the passport owner. Good luck.
