I want to know the new office timings of qatar embassy in beijing

sir /mam,
am planning to come to the embassy and i had some question to ask as i am a girl
and i am traveling alone to beijing which is a totally new place for me to reside..
i want to come to the embassy for the attestations of my degree and diplomas. please kindly tell me the exact address of your embassy as i hv searched for it on google map
I found one is in jianguomen and other one is in liangmaqiao .
can you please tell me in which embassy
i am alone that is why i have to make sure the address
and also i am told that the embassy takes 3 days to attest documets..
i want to ask that if i submit my notaries on monday will i get it back on wednesday or thursday?
and also i tried calling your embassy after 9;30 am morning on monday no one picked the fone can you tell me the new working hours for ramazan?
i am desperately waiting for reply that can help me out
