About:Wulong Karst National Geology Park

Three natural gorges and houping tiankeng possible in one day? How?

We have two full days (if we are able to get berths at the nightrain coming from Chengdu).

First day we would like to do the 3 natural bridges, and the second one the cave and the doline of Houping Tiankeng. Is there any public trasnportation between this areas? How many hours will we need to visit every place at a slow walk (we travel with one wonan who is 69 years old)?

How many hours for the Three bridges, how many for the cave, and how many for the doline.

The last question, ...any options for acomodcation?

There are shuttle bus between the gate of the scenic spot and the 3 natural bridges and also there is shuttle bus, which can carry you to the top of the mountain. It will cost you about 3 hours to visit the 3 natural bridges. But I don't think it is advisable of traveling to the 3 bridges with a 69 old man, because the mountain is very deep. The bridges and the doline are at the same place. Tourists go into the doline and enjoy the three bridges.
The cave is about 1800 meters long, so if you wanna travel the whole cave, it is about 1 hour. Still, taking a old man is not suggested.

As for the hotel, you can live in Wanxiang Hotel in Xiannu Town, which is about 3 kilometers away from the three bridges.
