At Wan Chai MTR Station, you can take Island Line to Central Station first. Then you need walk several minutes to Hong Kong MTR Station to take Tung Chung Line and get off at Sunny Bay Station. There you can transfer to the Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland directly. The whole journey may cost about 24 HK$ and take about 40 min.
