I have been selected to China on TWAS scholarships for the period of one year

i have been selected to China on TWAS scholarships for the period of one year , in that one year duration in China i will have two entry to china one after five or six months and other entry will be after completion of my one year in china , so i know that for minimum six months there is no medical certificate necessary but as for as my case is corcerned medical certificate will be necessary for me or not and secondly the bank staement, the TWAS will provide me seperate sponser letter for me to apply for China Visa or jusy email corespondance will be sufficent in which they mentioned that you have been selected to China for one year TWAS scholarship. so please inform me.
