local tour agencies in Harbin

I will be in that city in December. Would like to join some local tours(English speaking). Do you have any local tour agencies which I may contact for this purpose?

I know a travel agency can provide you the local tours with English speaking guides. The agency name is TravelChinaGuide. I took their tour last year when I was there, which was wonderful.
