Double-entry L visa from Hong Kong

Hello! I am travelling in Asia and in August I will go to North Korea through Beijing both ways. I would need a double-entry visa (L) on my way to North Korea, as well as when I'm returning from there. Can I apply for a double-entry L visa in Hong Kong? Or is there some other visa type I could hope for, as I will hardly be in China at all, on my way back I will just make my way from Beijing train station to the airport and get out. I am a Swedish citizen.

A double entry China tourist visa is ok. But, you'd better apply for it in Sweden before leaving. Double entry China visa can be valid for 6 months. So, it is ok for entry to China in August. To apply in HK is ok, but this is the second option for you.
