how do i get from Shanghai Pondong airport to Huazhong Agricultural University

The Huazhong Agricultural University is in Wuhan city. So you need to take D train from Shanghai Hongqiao railway station to Wuhan (Hankou) railway station. Take Bus 519 to the Jiedaokou station, and then transfer to the Bus 576 to the university. Or you can take a taxi at the Jiedaokou bus station, which will cost you about CNY25.
