Hi, as I know, the trains from Xian to Weifang have hard sleeper. So maybe you get the wrong information. You can take a long-distance bus at Sanfuwan Long-distance Bus Station (No. 353, West Changying Road, Xian) to Weifang directly. It may take about CNY 270. The bus depart from Xian at 17:30. And it may take about 15 h for the whole journey.
