Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Shun Tak Center, No.200 Connaught Road of Central, Sheung Wan)and China Ferry Terminal (China Hong Kong City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon) are suggested between Hong Kong and Macau. It costs about 150 HK$.
And if you take the ferry between New Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal and SkyPier. It takes about 200- 300 HK $.

From Hong Kong to Macau, the best transportation is the ferry.
The fee of the ferry depends on. If in weekdays, the fare is 151 HK$ for ordinary seats and 291 HK$ for luxury seats.
During the weekends and holidays, the fee is 163 HK$ for ordinary seats and 311 HK$ for luxury seats.
At nights, ordinary seat will cost 185 HK$ and 330 HK$ for luxury seats.0
