how is wuhan universityits medical program?

Hi, if anyone can help, ill appreciate. I have applied to medical program and got admission for Sep 2012. I just wana know how's the university ranking in china and how is the program. How is wuhan city itself to live. I also want to know if learning mandarin is really hard or not? thanks
