Question

I´m a holder of Spanish Permanent Resednce  Permit,and I have to go to China to marry a Chinese lady whom we met through the inter net. Please what are the  requirements to qualify me for both the trip as well as for the visa and what type of visa do I need.

You may just apply for a China L tourist visa to go to China to marry your lady, but do make an enquiry about the necessary documents you should take to China for the marriage from the China Embassy in Spain before your trip. As I know, Single status certificate and birth certificate are needed for the registration of your marriage in China.  Congratulations to you and wish you a happy and long marriage life together!
