can I apply for china visa in perth, if so do I have to obtain application forms in person

If you live in Western Australia, yes, you can apply for a China visa from the consulate-general of China in Perth. You mayjust download the visa application form from the official website of the consualte at http://perth.china-consulate.org/eng/lszj/
