I got a job in Hyatt Hotel at Guangzhou as a chef so I want to know what is the cost of living in Guangzhou which includes room rent, electricity charges and food per month. I am from India

If you want to rent a flat near your hotel, you have to pay at least about 2500 RMB every month for the flat not including the electricity charges and food.As for the electricity fee, you have to pay 2 RMB for one degree. The more you use, the more you need to pay.As for the food, Chinese food is cheaper than Western food. Generally speaking, you need to pay 15 to 20 RMB per day for Chinese food. If your hotel provide you the food, that will be great.
