Something about admission !

Hello there !
I would like to ask a question about my scholarship program. Actually, I am already granted with Chinese Government Scholarship for my MBA master degree, but what makes me confused is the university where I get Admission Letter from. My first choice in application were 3 universities in Guandong Province, Guangzhou city, but unfortunately I get admission from Zhejiang Normal University. So, I would like to ask, is there any chance to change my host institution, and how is procedure, or where I need ask for it.
