i am professor in geography and want to learn chinese language by taking admissin in a unvirsty

there in china. what is the procedure for the same?

Do you want to just get a admission of a university to study there or do you prefer to study as well as teach the geography in a university?
Many good and famous universities here provide Chinese language classes for foreigners and you need to go to their websites. Then download their application form if you just want to study in that university.
If you want to teach as well as learn language, you'd better ask the school directly. The schools have their telephone numbers on their official websites.
