Pls advise the temperature in Yushu in July or Aug? What is the best month to go Yushu?

Well, the average temperature of July is around 18 C or a little higher and the temperature of August is about 22 C. However, the lowest temperature could reach only 6 C. Therefore, you'd better take thin coat. Besides, it rains a lot, especially in July. An umbrella is a must. And August can be a good time there.

From Shenzhen to Yushu, there is no direct transport. Since it is a long distance, I suggest you take a fight to Xining from Shenzhen first. Then you can take a long-distance bus at Xining Bus Station to Yushu.

If you decide to take a train, you need take a train from Shenzhen to Lanzhou first. Then you need transfer to the train from Lanzhou to Xining. Then a long-distance bus is needed. It takes about more than two days.
