visit relatives at Pu Jiang Shi, An Hai. how to get there from Xiamen airport, how long & cost?

can I join a local tour after I arrive Xiamen?

Pu Jiang Shi, An Hai? Where is this place? I can not find it on map. Are you sure about the name? Please check it again. You can join a local tour after arriving in Xiamen, but be careful to find a reliable one.
