procedure for Study in china when a person is also carrying his OWN BUSINESS with business Visa.

hey i want ask to you if a person have Business Visa and he/she wants to study also so what will be the procedure for Study in China ?

Please let me know first how long do you plan to study in China, and the validity of your current Business visa?

dear Joe my Visa Wil expire End of March 2013 ,I Have Multiple business Visa,and Duration of Study is 2 yEARS .Acutlly i want to do Masters Here in China, so Kindly Advice me What should i do ?

Then, you have to apply for a new student visa if you plan to study in China for 2 years. After you get the student visa, your present business visa will become invalid automatically. However, you can apply for a residence permit at the local immigration office under the public security bureau within 30 days of your entry to China with the student visa, and the residence permit can be used as an 'multiple-entry China visa' which permits you exit and entry China unlimitedly within its validity.

I don't know there is such a China visa both for study and business. You may contact the China Embassy in Pakistan to make an enquiry directly. The officers there may give you some practical help.
