About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi! im from Visayas(iloilo) and we will be going to beijing on the 19th for sight seeing 2 days.

can i apply online for the visa and have it delivered back here in time for our departure?

There is no online application for Chinese visas. You must either go there personally, send someone on your behalf (but for 16-21 yrs old, personal appearance is required), or use a travel agent.
