Hello,for long can i get visa in Thailand to China?

we live in China,i have student visa,that expire on the 31.08,and my boyfriend have business visa.we comig to travel in Thailand,and want to change our visa to tourist visaL.for how long can we get our visa to China?and how long this process will take for making visa? we have israeli passport.
