About:Macau Visa Policy

no VISA needed for business entry for 60 days...

My collegue (India) entered Macau for several times since Aug 2011. Now, he already stayed 59 days in Macau. My question is, is it possible for him to re-enter Macau again? For the days that he already stayed in Macau, since some of the days a last year, will it be released so that he can have some more days for business travel?

As I know, Indian passport holders are only permited to stay in Macau for less than 30 days without visa, so your collegue has over stayed in Macau for nearly 30 days. An individual who overstays in the Macao Special Administrative Region for less than 30 days after the expiry of the authorization granted is fined MOP200.00 per overdue day. The violator is required to pay the fine immediately after he or she is arrested or reports himself or herself to the police. He should go to the immigration office to pay the fine immidiately. Otherwise, he will have problems to re-enter Macau next time.
