About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

flying vancouver>shanghai>taiwan>VN. How>apply>both countries's visas?. How namy photos do I need?

You may just apply for the visa to Shanghai in mainland China from the consulate-general of China in vancouver, and only one photo is needed. I'm not sure your visa to Taiwan.
