About:China Customs Declaration

IPad gifts, Should it be declared ? What about coffee ?

Hi, can I take iPad with me to China which is valuated about 700 euros in Finland and it's only for personal use ? Should it be declared ? What about coffee ? Is there any restrictions for coffee and amount of candies which are meant for gifts in China ?

You need to declare to the custom only, but you do not need to pay the tax if your IPad for personal use, have been used and unpackaged.
As for the coffee and candies, reasonal amount for personal use will be ok. If you take too much for gifts, I'm afraid you may have to pay some tax for that.
