I am currently here in China with my Chinese husband and with our 6months old baby. I am now holding a 6-month validity visa, and my husband just apply for renewal if due is coming. My question is, aside from my husband, who else can apply visa for me in case my husband is not around? (I mean who else from my husband's member of the family) Kindly help me.. Thank u in advance..

You can entrust anyone of your husband's family or a visa agency to handle this on your behalf.
