a company in china is ready for offer a job- what are the documents i need to collect

For Employment Visa   (Z Visa) , What are the Documents i need to ask  from the company persons ?   i m the first foreigner to be employed in that company so i need to explain them clearly what documents i need for Applying. Kindly Advise me and please explain where  they can get it ?RegardsMohan

First, you need to make sure that if the company are allowed to employ foreigners. That is the Employment License issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. If yes, your company need to apply for an official invitation letter and a Employment Permit/employment visa notification from them. With this documents, you are eligible to apply for a work visa Z.
