Italian in russia willing to go in China

Hello I have a Tourist visa in Russia and I would like to go in China afterward for a touristic purpose is it possible to do my visa here in Russia?

You can submit your application for China visa to Chinese embassy or consulate in Russia, providing your Russian visa.
