Child with Certificate of Identity needing visa

We hold a "Z" working visa in China and are adopting a child in Malaysia. As she was an abandoned child, she will not ba a Citizen and we can only get her a Certificate of Identity.

We want to know how we will be able to bring her with us to live in China

As I know, the Certificate of Identity works as an international travel document. You can use it to apply for her a China visa with adoption certificate or else. For more details, you'd better contact your immigration or Chinese embassy first.
