About:Chinese Embassy in India

India Citizen Working in Malaysia need to apply visa to China?

Hi,

My manager is Indian Citizen will go to China next month for business trip.
Kindly need your advice what are documents needed to apply visa to China for him at Malaysia?
Do he need to apply personally or we can do it on his behalf.

He is required an original and a copy of Malaysian residence permit or a valid Malaysian visa if he wants to apply China visa in Malaysia, unless he is visa or permit exempt for residing or working in the Malaysia. It this is ok, you can apply for him on his behalf. Other documents are the same as what listed above in India.
